According to our travel policy for Reservations, a per person deposit is required to secure his/her reservation, booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of at least 50% of the total amount or Full amount in our bank accounts or at offices premises.
Final Payment
Full payment for retail tours can be made by Bank Account, Paypal, Visa, Hard-cash or Mastercard, the remaining balance shall always be paid 14-Days to the start of the safari.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be advised in writing and signed by the signatory of the booking form. Cancellations are effective on the day that they are received by the company. Recorded delivery is strongly recommended. The following cancellation charges (together with holiday insurance premium) will be payable, depending on the number of days prior to departure, Simba African Expeditions will refund 100% of the deposit if we cancel your trip, and the following cancellation terms follow upon cancellation by a client.
- More than 31 days -0% of total holiday cost
- 30 to 15 days -25% of total holiday cost
- 14 to 2 days -50% of total holiday cost
- 48 hrs. or less before arrival -75% of total holiday cost
NB: But after a Gorilla/Chimpanzee tracking permit has been secured, we don’t guarantee its refund as we have to try our level best to sell it out to other customers if they become available. Simba African Expeditions cannot accept liability or responsibility for any alteration, delay or cancellation caused by war or threat of civil war, civil strife, natural disaster, terrorism, industrial disputes, fire bad weather, sickness, an act of government or public authorities or other circumstances amounting to force majeure and/or Acts of God.
Included in Tour Price
All motor coach and land transportation, sightseeing, services of our tour director and driver, lodging, meals listed as per itinerary, gorilla and chimpanzee permits, bottled water, En-route lunches, Driver allowance.
Not Included in Tour Price
The costs of obtaining passports or visas, laundry, beverages or sightseeing are not included in the itinerary, travel insurance, tip to guides and drivers, and communication charges.
